At Crowned in Confidence, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives: Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
